Dave : Asha, what goes into planning an event?

دايف: عائشة، ماذا يحدث عند التخطيط لفعالية؟

Asha : Well, that depends on the event.

عائشة: حسنا، هذا يعتمد على الفعالية .

Dave : I’m sure it does but maybe you can give me an example.

Asha : Why are you suddenly so interested in my work?

Dave : I have a niece who is hoping to do event planning full time.

Asha : Oh, I would be happy to answer any questions she might have.

Dave : That’s so nice of you. I will have her get in contact with you.

Asha : I can still give you a quick idea of what I do now.

Dave : I’d appreciate that. I’m all ears.

دايف: أقدر لك هذا. كلي آذاني صاغية .

Asha : The key to a well hosted event is being very organized.

عائشة: مفتاح الفعالية الناجحة التنظيم الجيد .

Dave : I’d imagine that is important because you wouldn’t want to forget anything.

دايف: أتخيل أهميته لأنك لن ترغب بنسيان شيئا .

Asha : Exactly, and if you plan ahead properly it’s unlikely that something will be forgotten.

عائشة: بالضبط ! إذا خططت جيدا من البداية فمن المحتمل أنك لن تنسى شيئا .

Dave : Especially after planning as many events as you have.

دايف: خاصة بعد التخطيط للعديد من الفعاليات لديك .

Asha : Even so each event is a learning experience for me.

عائشة: ومع هذا فكل فعالية تضيف لي خبرة جديدة .

Dave : Do you have a template you work with?

دايف: هل لديك نموذج تستعين به في عملك؟

Asha : Yes I do, it has four categories : food, entertainment, location and seating.

عائشة: فعلا، وينقسم إلى أربعة أقسام: الطعام والترفيه والموقع والمقاعد .

Dave : Then once you meet with a client you work from that?

دايف: إذا تستعيني بهذا النموذج عند مقابلة عميل؟

Asha : In a way it is most important to find out their exact needs and if they want anything from within those categories. Then I have contact persons and suppliers I can immediately start communicating with.

عائشة: من المهم معرفة الاحتياجات الفعلية للعميل وإذا كان بحاجة إلى أي من هذه الأقسام. ثم أبدأ بالتواصل مع الأشخاص والموردين.

Dave : This sounds a little more in depth or complicated than I anticipated.

دايف: هذا يبدو أكثر تفصيلا أو تعقيدا مما توقعت .

Asha : Maybe it is better if I just talk to your niece directly.
