Dave : Good morning, I’m Dave Smith. I’m here to ask if you have any vacancies

ديف: صباح الخير، انا ديف سميث. انا هنا للسؤال اذا كان لديكم وظائف شاغرة.

Liz : Good morning. My name is Liz Durbon and I am the Marketing Manager here at Malery & Stein. I am very pleased to meet you. We may have a few vacancies.

ليز:صباح الخير. انا اسمي ليز دوربون وانا مديرة التسويق هنا في "مارلي وستين". انا سعيدة جدا بمقابلتك. قد يكون لدي بعض الوظائف الشاغرة.

Dave : Can you give me some information about them?

ديف:هل يمكنك اعطائي بعض المعلومات عنهم؟

Liz : It would be better if you tell me what kind of position you are looking for.

ليز: سيكون من الافضل اذا قلت لي ما نوع الوظيفة التي تبحث عنها.

Dave : I am looking for an Administrative position. Do you have anything available in that department?

ديف: انا ابحث عن وظيفة ادارية. هل لديكم اي شيء متاح في هذا القسم.

Liz : I cannot look at all of the vacancies we have right now. That is a job for Human Resources. Do you happen to have your CV with you?

ليز: لايمكنني ان اطلع على جميع الوظائف الشاغرة في الوقت الحالي. هذه وظيفة الموارد البشرية. هل يمكن ان تكون سيرتك الذاتية معك؟

Dave : I always have it and I’d be happy to fill any forms you need.

ديف: انها دائما معي وسأكون سعيد ان املأ اي نماذج قد تحتاجونها.

Liz : You seem very eager and well prepared. Why don’t we have a brief interview then I can submit all your information for review.

ليز: تبدو متحمس جدا وعلى اتم استعداد. لماذا لانقوم بمقابلة موجزة ثم يمكنني ان ارسل جميع معلوماتك للمراجعة.

Dave : I appreciate that.

ديف: سأقدر ذلك.

Liz : Tell me about yourself Mr. Smith.

ليز: حدثني عن نفسك سيد سميث

Dave : I have been working for ten years in Administrative positions. My last position which ended three months ago was with Macy’s.

ديف: انا كنت اعمل لمدة عشر سنوات في وظائف ادارية. وظيفتي الاخيرة والتي انتهت منذ ثلاثة اشهر كانت لدي "ماسيز"

Liz : Why did you leave your last job?

ليز: لماذا تركت وظيفتك الأخيرة؟

Dave : Macy’s closed several of their offices and my office was one the casualties. I decided to take some time off and I then started looking for employment during the last month.

ديف: "ماسيز" اغلق بعض من مكاتبهم ومكتبي كان من احد الخسائر. انا قررت ان اتخذ بعض الوقت للراحة ثم بدأت البحث عن وظيفة خلال الشهر الماضي.

Liz : So why did you decide to apply to here?

ليز: اذا لماذا قررت ان تتقدم للعمل هنا؟

Dave : While reviewing a business magazine I saw an article about Malery & Stein and decided to stop by and see if you have any vacancies.

ديف: بينما كنت اراجع مجلة عن الاعمال رأيت مقال عن "مارلي وستين" وقررت ان امر بكم لأرى اذا كان لديكم وظائف شاغرة.

Liz : I will submit your information to our recruitment team. You should hear something by the end of the week.

ليز: سأرسل بياناتك إلى فريق التوظيف لدينا. ستحصل على رد مننا بنهاية هذا الاسبوع.

Dave : Thank you so much. What if there is nothing available which I am qualified for?

ديف: شكرا جزيلا. ماذا لو لم يكن لديكم اي شيء متاح يتناسب مع كفائاتي؟

Liz : We will contact you either way to let you know. Worst case scenario your application will be kept on file.

ليز: سنتصل بك في كل الاحوال لاعلامك. في اسوء سيناريو سنحتفظ بنموذح طلبك في الملف.

Dave : Thank you very much for taking time from you busy schedule to speak with me.

ديف: شكرا جزيلا لاعطائي وقت من جدولك المشغول للتحدث معي.

Liz : You are welcome.
