Liz : Good day.I am from the Ministry of Health and I am here to make a health check on your property.

ليز: صباح الخير، انا من وزارة الصحة، وانا هنا للقيام بفحص صحي على عقاركم.

Steve : Well we had not been notified that this was taking place today.

ستيف: حسنا، لم يتم اخطارنا ان ذلك سيتم اليوم.

Liz : We occasionally carry out surprise inspections to make sure that the properties are kept in good order at all times.

ليز: نقوم من حين لآخر بعمليات تفتيش مفاجىئ للتأكد من ان العقارات يتم الاحتفاظ بها في حالة جيدة طوال الوقت.

Steve : I didn’t realise that.

ستيف: لم ادرك ذلك.

Liz : There were many public ads to advise home owners to keep their properties in good order.

ليز: كان هناك العديد من الاعلانات العامة تنصح اصحاب المنازل بالحفاظ على ممتلكاتهم.

Steve : Well I have seen those.

ستيف: حسنا لقد رأيتها.

Liz : We have been receiving complaints from persons affected by the bad conditions of neighbouring properties.

ليز: لقد تلقينا شكاوى من اشخاص متضررين من الحالة السيئة للعقارات بالحي.

Steve : Well this isn’t my home.

ستيف: حسنا هذا ليس منزلي.

Liz : That’s fine I just need to take a look around the building.

ليز: حسنا، اريد فقط ان ألقي نظرة على المبنى.

Steve : What are you checking for?

ستيف: ماذا ستفحصين؟

Liz : Well some of the things that I look for are excessive amounts of waste, tall grass or containers filled with water that may be breeding mosquitoes.

ليز: حسنا، من بعض الأشياء التي افتش عنها، كم النفايات الزائدة، الحشائش الطويلة، والحاويات الممتلئة بالماء التي قد تساعد على تربية البعوض.

Steve : Let me get a pair of shoes and walk around the building with you.

ستيف:دعيني ارتدي حذائي وسأتي معك لأريك البناية.

Liz : Sure I will wait right here.

ليز: بالتأكيد، سأنتظرك هنا.

Steve : What happens when you do the inspection?

ستيف: ماذا يحدث عندما تقومين بالفحص؟

Liz : I just have these forms that I complete on each inspection then I submit them to the Ministry and persons who have problems on their properties that need to be addressed are contacted later.

ليز: معي بعض الاستمارات التي سأقوم باستكمالها بعد كل فحص ثم سأقوم برفعها للوزارة، وسيتم الاتصال بالأشخاص الذين لديهم مشاكل بممتلكاتهم التي تتطلب المعالجة في وقت لاحق.

Steve : Let’s start her on the left.

ستيف: دعينا نبدأ من هنا على اليسار.

Liz : Do you have any plants in the house or any containers with water?

ليز: هل لديك اي نباتات بالمنزل او حاويات ممتلئة بالماء؟

Steve : I do have a number of plants and an aquarium.

ستيف: لدي العديد من النباتات وحوض سمك.

Liz : I will need to have a look at them. Your aquarium needs cleaning, it will breed mosquitoes.

ليز: سأحتاج ان القي نظرة عليهما. حوض السمك يحتاج إلى التنظيف سيجذب البعوض.

Steve : Well it actually belongs to my son.

ستيف: حسنا بالواقع هو لأبني.

Liz : It does not matter who it belongs to it’s on your property.

ليز: لايهم لمن هو، فهو هنا في ممتلكاتك الخاصة.

Steve : I will get it cleaned today.

ستيف: سأقوم بتنظيفه اليوم.

Liz : Your plants pots are not draining well.There is stagnant water in the base which will also breed mosquitoes.

ليز: اوعية النباتات الخاصة بك لاتصرف المياه بشكل صحيح فهناك مياه راكدة في القاع وهذا أيضا سيساعد على تواجد البعوض.

Steve : I will get those sorted also.

ستيف: سأقوم باصلاح هذا ايضا.

Liz : I will be back in two days to see if everything has been done. If the corrective measures have not been made I am required to give you a warning notice.

ليز: سأعود خلال يومين لاتحقق ان كل شىء قد تم. في حال لم تقم بالأجراءات التصحيحية فأنا مطالبة باعطائك خطاب إنذار.

Steve : I assure you that everything will be corrected.

ستيف: أاكد لك ان كل شىء سيتم اصلاحه.

Liz : You will get a follow up inspection in a few weeks.

ليز: سيكون هناك متابعة للفحص في غضون بضعة اسابيع.
