Liz : Good morning Nurse Jackie, I’m here for my annual physical.

ليز: صباح الخير الممرضة جاكي، انا هنا لفحصي السنوي

Nurse : So nice to see you again Liz, your appointment is in an hour.

الممرضة: كم لطيف ان اراك ثانية ليز، موعدك سيكون خلال ساعة.

Liz : Oh I must have gotten my time mixed up.

ليز: أوه! لابد انه اختلط علي الوقت.

Nurse : That’s no problem. You did not get your mammogram last time, so we can give you a mammogram before your appointment if you would like.

الممرضة: هذه ليست مشكلة. لم تقومي بفحص صورة الثدي الشعاعية المرة السابقة، فيمكن ان تقومي به قبل موعدك إذا اردت.

Liz : I hate getting that done, it’s so uncomfortable.

ليز: اني اكره هذا، فهو غير مريح اطلاقا.

Nurse : It won’t be that bad, we can have a nice conversation while it’s being done.

الممرضة: لن يكون بهذا السوء، يمكننا ان نتبادل الحديث الشيق خلال قيامنا به.

Liz : I do enjoy our chats and it has been a while since I last saw you.

ليز: اني استمتع بدردشتنا ولقد مر وقت طويل منذ رأيتك.

Nurse : You can tell me all about your grandchildren.

الممرضة: يمكنك ان تحدثيني عن احفادك.

Liz : Well I guess it won’t be so bad and I have so much to tell you.

ليز: حسنا، اعتقد انه لن يكون بهذا السوء ولدي الكثير لأرويه لك.

Nurse : I’m here to help make this process as pain free as possible.

الممرضة: انا هنا لاساعدك حتى يكون هذا الاجراء بدون الم قدر المستطاع.

Liz : You are so patient with me.

ليز: انك صبورة جدا معي

Nurse : Why don’t you go ahead into the examination room and disrobe from the waist up.

الممرضة: لما لا تذهبين إلى غرفة الفحص وتنزعي ثيابك من الخصر إلى اعلى.

Liz : Is there a robe in there already.

ليز: هل يوجد ثوب هناك

Nurse : Of course. You know I’m always on top if things.

الممرضة: بالطبع. انت تعلمين انا دائما مستعدة.

Liz : Are you going to check my pressure as well?

ليز: هل ستقومين بقياس الضغط ايضا؟

Nurse : Yes I figure while you are back here I can just get all of the information prepared for the doctor. So I will weigh you, check your pressure and draw some blood for tests.

الممرضة: نعم، اتخيل انه بينما انك هنا يمكنني ان اجمع كل المعلومات للطبيب. لذلك سأقوم بقياس وزنك، فحص ضغطك واسحب بعض الدم للاختبار.

Liz : Can you tell me what the results are?

ليز: هل يمكنك ان تعلميني النتائج؟

Nurse : Well I can tell you that your mammogram results are fine however your blood pressure is elevated. Oh no. That’s no good.Have you been following the diet we gave you?

الممرضة: حسنا يمكنني ان اقول لك ان نتائج صورة الثدي الشعاعية جيدة إلا ان ضعط الدم مرتفع. أوه كلا. هذا ليس جيدا. هل اتبعت النظام الغذائي الذي اعطيناه لك؟

Liz : Well not entirely, I cheated a little.

ليز: حسنا ليس تماما، كنت احتال عليه قليلا.

Nurse : Do you understand how important it is to follow your diet plan? I will make an appointment for you to come back at the end of the week. If your pressure is not down you will have to start taking medication.

الممرضة: هل تدركين كم هو مهم ان تتبعي النظام الغذائي هذا؟ سأحدد لك موعد في نهاية الأسبوع. إذا لم ينخفض الضغط لديك ستبدئين بتناول الدواء.

Liz : I understand completely and I will follow my diet.

ليز: اتفهم تماما وسالتزم بالنظام الغذائي.

Nurse : The doctor can come in now to complete your full exam and you can speak with her more about your test and what the results mean.

الممرضة: يمكن للطبيب ان يأتي الأن لمتابعة فحصك الكامل ويمكنك ان تتحدثي معه اكثر بخصوص الاختبار وما تعنيه النتائج.

Liz : I will do that. See you when I come out then.

ليز: سأفعل ذلك. أراك عندما انتهي اذن.

Nurse : I am leaving now but I will see you on Friday at ten.

الممرضة: سأتركك الأن ولكن سأراك يوم الجمعة في العاشرة.

Liz : Okay. Take care

ليز: حسنا. انتبهي على حالك.
