Asha : How do you go to work?

عائشة: كيف تذهبين إلى العمل؟

Liz : I take the bus.

ليز: أستقل الحافلة .

Asha : Isn’t there a train that can take you there?

عائشة: ألا يوجد قطار يوصلك إلى هناك؟

Liz : There is but it is usually late in the winter.

ليز: يوجد، ولكن عادة ما يتأخر في الشتاء .

Asha : So the bus is actually faster?

عائشة: إذا فالحافلة اسرع ؟

Liz : There are fewer delays with the bus so in that way it is faster.

ليز: قد تتأخر الحافلة في بعض المرات لكنها الأسرع .

Asha : I only took the bus a few times in the winter. I didn’t realise there were a lot of problems with it.

عائشة: استقل الحافلة بضع مرات فقط في الشتاء . لم أكن أعي أن بها العديد من المشكلات .

Liz : How do you go to work?

ليز: كيف تذهبين إلى العمل ؟

Asha : I recently bought a car so I drive to work now.

عائشة: لقد ابتعت سيارة مؤخرا وأقودها حاليا إلى العمل .

Liz : How did you go to work before that?

ليز: كيف كنت تذهبين إلى العمل قبل ذلك؟

Asha : Ben used to take me.

عائشة: كان بن يوصلني .

Liz : Dave and I better invest in a vehicle.

ليز: من الأفضل لي ولدايف أن نستثمر في شراء سيارة .

Asha : I like taking the train for short trips when it is warmer out.

عائشة: أحب أن استقل القطار للرحلات القصيرة حينما يكون الطقس دافئا .

Liz : It can be a pain to use it to commute every day.

ليز: قد يكون من الصعب استخدامه يوميا للذهاب إلى العمل .

Asha : You should see if there is someone at work you can commute with.

عائشة: يجب أن تجدي زميلا لك ترافقيه إلى العمل .

Liz : I might do that. I can’t afford to be late one more day.

ليز: قد أفعل هذا . لا استطيع التأخر يوما آخرا .

Asha : You shouldn’t. That doesn’t leave a good impression.

Liz : I will see if I can get an earlier train until I work out an alternative.

ليز: سأرى إن كان بإمكاني استقلال قطارا مبكرا حتى أجد حلا بديلا .

Asha : I hope you figure something out soon.

عائشة: أتمنى أن تجدي حلا قريبا .

Liz : Thanks, I’m sure I will.

ليز: شكرا لك. أنا متأكدة من انني سأجد حلا .
