Receptionist : Thank you for calling Fusion Cruises. How may I help you today?

Liz: Good day, my name is Liz and I'm calling to book a cruise across the Caribbean.
ليز: يوما سعيدا، اسمي ليز واتصل بخصوص حجز رحلة بحرية عبر البحر الكاريبي .
Receptionist: Our Caribbean cruises come in packages of seven or fourteen days. How long would you like your cruise to be?
موظف الاستقبال: توجد لدينا باقات لرحلات البحر الكاريبي مكونة من سبعة او أربعة عشرة يوما. ما المدة التي تودين تمضيتها ؟
Liz: I'll take the seven day package for the week of the 8th of December, 2013.
ليز: سآخذ الباقة المكونة من سبعة أيام بدءا من 8 ديسمبر 2013.
Receptionist: The cruises for that week begin at the Miami Seaport and depart on Tuesday or Friday. Which day would you like to start your cruise?
موظف الاستقبال: الرحلات البحرية لذلك الأسبوع تبدأ من ميناء ميامي البحري وتغادر يوم الثلاثاء أو الجمعة. أي يوم تودين المغادرة فيه؟
Liz: I want to start on Tuesday. I will be traveling with a friend . What are the available choices for a two person cabin?
ليز: أود المغادرة يوم الثلاثاء. سأسافر مع صديقة. ما هي الخيارات المتاحة لحجز مقصورة لفردين؟
Receptionist: Due to reservations from other customers only two types of cabins are left.These are balcony, and suite. Which type would you like to reserve?
موظف الاستقبال: بناءا على حجز زبائن آخرين، فقد تبقى لدينا مقصورتين. مقصورة بشرفة وجناح. أيهما تفضلين؟
Liz: That is fine. May I reserve a balcony cabin? Also my friend is a light sleeper, so the cabin needs to be away from noisy areas such as elevators and staircases.

Receptionist: Your friend can be accommodated. I will arrange for your cabin to be in the lower levels of the ship, near its center. We provide Internet access for an extra fee. Do you want to include it?

Liz: No thank you. We want to go on a hike at the first port. What do you have available?

Receptionist: At the first port, there is only one option, a hike through the Rainforest. Do you want to hear what is offered at the other destinations?

Liz: No, that won't be necessary. I'll book the Rainforest hike because my friend loves the flowers that grow there. That is everything I want for my reservation. How much will this cost me?

Receptionist: Your total is one thousand two hundred dollars.However a deposit of four hundred and fifty dollars is required to complete your reservation.

Liz: Are there any benefits if I pay in full now?

Receptionist: Yes there are. You will receive a three percent discount for completing your payment with more than three months remaining before the departure date. Will you be paying the deposit or the complete amount?
موظف الاستقبال: نعم هناك. ستحصلين على خصم بنسبة 3% لإتمامك الدفع قبل ثلاثة اشهر من موعد المغادرة. هل ستدفعين المبلغ المقدم أم المبلغ بالكامل.
Liz: I'll pay the entire amount now with my credit card, please.

Receptionist: I have to transfer you to our credit agent, so you can pay for you reservation. Thank you for choosing Fusion Cruises. Have a nice day.
