Until she was tired of her, leaving him the house and returning to her father's house and the separation from him was done, she married again to Mirdas bin Abi Amer Al-Sulami She gave birth to Al-Abbas, Yazid, Muawiyah, and a daughter named Amra. Mirdas was nicknamed Al-Fayd due to his great generosity, but he soon died in one of his adventures, and all her sons were males, and she was always urging them to jihad for the sake of God.

Her four sons were martyred in the battle of Qadisiyah, and they are Amra, Muawiyah, Yazid and Amr, which is a major event that shakes every mother, but she was strong and counted them with God. his brother, so Sakhr killed Duraid. But Sakhr was stabbed and then died in the day of dogs in the year 615 AD. Al-Khansa cried for her brother Sakhr, before and after Islam, until she became blind.

When Al-Khansa converted to Islam in the year 630 AD, she went to the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, with the people of Bani Sulaym, and he had her cousins ​​and her sons with her, and she converted to Islam, and declared her Islam, and at this time her age was between fifty to sixty years of age, and it is said that the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace He, peace be upon him, loved the poetry that he received very much.
